Youth Sports Coach Assistant

Eastside Rec League is hiring paid Coach Assistants to help run after-school soccer, basketball, and flag-football leagues for kids ages 6–14 across Chicago.

You'll lead warm-ups, support head coaches at practices and games, and help keep things safe and fun. It's perfect for someone who loves sports and working with kids.

We provide a background check, coaching basics, and a schedule that works around a gap year. No coaching experience required.
